You agree not to hold the owner(s), operator(s), volunteer(s), contractor(s) or other staff of the website or Minecraft server responsible for any losses you receive as a result of your use of the website or Minecraft server - regardless of whether those losses are direct or indirect, real or virtual, intentional or accidental - to the furthest extent possible under Australian law.

Third Party integration

• YouTube: As this website integrates with the YouTube API to retrieve and display videos, the YouTube Terms of Service may also govern your use of this website.

• Discord: As this website uses your Discord login credentials via their OAuth2 service, the Discord Terms of Service may also govern your use of this website.

• Minecraft: The game server is operated using the Mojang-supplied server software for Minecraft. The Minecraft EULA and the Microsoft Services Agreement govern your use of the Minecraft server.

• DedicatedMC: We use DedicatedMC for Minecraft server hosting, so the DedicatedMC Terms of Service also govern your use of the Minecraft server.
